GD Maria Teresa is wearing the sapphire tiara.  Princess Alexandra is wearing the floral tiara.  I don't know which tiara Tessy is wearing.  It looks new.  It could be a necklace and coverted it into a tiara.  The base looks really thin.

Cindy you're right about Tessy's tiara, it's small and could be a necklace converted as tiara.

I still hope some one will post more with bigger picture of them.

actualy I'm not very fond of Maria Theresa's gown on her, I meant she is not very young anymore and is not slim either.

GD Maria Teresa's dress would be a bit better if the strap across her chest isn't there.  I like the color though.  She's been looking good lately.  I think she lost a bit of weight and her hair color flatters her.

State Visit from Italy to Luxembourg

Some photos from the visit. I think the Grande-Duchesse, Maria-Theresa looked lovely during the dinner but not during the arrival ceremony.

Hanzo, she does now doesn't she? But I fear it is simply due to a very favorable angle of photography.

Agreed. She does look healthier lately and the darker hair color suits her.

I will never quite understand why naturally dark haired people (like MT and Maxima for ex) think they look so much better with blonde (in some cases severely blonde) hair. Their whole complexion: teint, eyes, lips, facial hair etc is factured towards dark hair.
IMO only young women can sometimes get away with "going opposite colours" but the older you get the more set your face and features are and than the fake blonde (or dark brown) looks extremely off and unflattering.
(The only cp, that really gets away with her extreme colour change is MM, but only because she is such a northern gal, that we automatically assume she must be scandinavian blonde)

It's National Day in Luxembourg today.

The whole family gathered:

And Tessy de Nassau has finally been made a Princess of Luxembourg. and the two sons she had with Prince Louis become Princes of Nassau. They were not titled before because Louis and Tessy were not married when their first child was born.
