Joachim wasn't that bad looking as a kid. In fact, he was cute. All kids are cute...even Iznotabella could be described as cute. It's once you grow up and the genetics kick in that things start to get a bit scary. I'd also like to add that I feel the ciggies played a part in the demise of Prince Joachim's face. Years and years of cigarette smoking will do that to you.  And speaking of smoking...did y'all know that Meary managed to get the Clown Prince to stop smoking? DRW reported that in 2007 Meary convinced (nagged)Fred to give up smoking 'for the sake of the children'. But, that she is very 'tolerant' of her in-laws penchant for smoking and has even set up a room at Fredensborg where the Queen, Henrik, Joachim and Marie can go and puff away whenever they visit. Yeah, I bet she's tolerant. Especially when it comes to her mum-in-law. How much do you want a bet that Meary makes sure she always has a carton or two of Maggie's favorite ciggies on hand at all times. Puff away Mum-in-law, all the better for me! Seriously, it's a well known fact that the entire DRW smoke like chimneys. Frederik may very well be the last man standing in a few years. I bet Meary gets all wistful and daydreamy every time mum-in-law lights up. Once the old bag and her sidekick are gone, she'll rule the roost. No more looking down on Meary the Commoner and telling her she buys too much Prada. Ding, dong the witch is dead I can buy all the Louboutins I want!  |

Marie is a nice looking woman though I don't find Joachim attractive at all. They both have long faces, so the baby may inherite that form his parrents. As a member said about Joachim's genes didn't stop him provading two cute and and handsome boys and sice I find Marie more beautifull than Alex, even when she was 30, I guess the little prince or princess will be a beautifull baby
When he was younger, he looked a lot better IMO. He seems to be ageing like Margrethe  Not much Henrik there..  He still looked like the crypt keeper when he was a kid. Fugly as hell. He |

Congrats on your 100th post!!
I think she will have 2, maybe 3 children. Joachim already has Nikolai and Felix, I don't think he wants another 5 kids or so.
