It just shows that the "wow she's a princess" is the only thing she has to offer nothing more and that's the only fascination with her

   Thanks for the article Henny but I just don't see Mary missing any opportunity to go to Hobart.
   It's not just about her relatives there, they could just as easily see her for afew days in Sydney . I feel
   it's about the " local gal makes good" factor. She doesn't get massive press in major cities such as
   Sydney or Melbourne like she does in Tassie and the circus that travels with her...

I think you may br right, ronda. After all, she clearly didn't have that much love for Tasmania when she was younger, she immediately left the island the minute she graduated from university and never went back.
 

  Hi Little star, I certainly agree with you that Mary could not wait to get off the island once her education was completed. I have been to Hobart quite afew times already and what amazes me is the fact that many locals seem to really " not care" about her one way or the other. So whenever she gets the chance there is
Mary rushing back to Tassie to play the " Celebrity" because even though people may be indifferent towards
her, the Tassie Media gives her all the attention she needs. IMO
