It cost $990! I dont think it is so die hard expensive, haveing a custom made dress in Norway from one of the more known designers could easily cost a 1000 dollars as well, of course a made to order dress would be a 1000 times better fitted for her which is the main problem with this dress next to those godawful tights,. and about Obamas "peace"prize speech, it almost had me crying as well.....  |

I read that too, dKaren, the injury seems to stem from the fall back on the states visit to the Ukraine. All engagements for the next 3 weeks are cancelled, and it is not known, if she'll attend the Olypmic Games. Interesting though, because her neck didn't bother when.............  right?  .........  |

She never had a problem of skiing though  Even during her rest period due to the head injury in Ukraine, she couldn't work, but could ski. |

As I've mentioned before, Mette-Marit has more of these "illnesses" and is certainly the most accident-prone of all the CPs. I've also noticed that she didn't seem to have "wear" on her neck vertabrae when skiing! Also, what kind of things is she doing to cause such "wear"? |

Didn't she hit her head a few years ago? I don't remember. She's certainly quite the accident-magnet |

I could well imagine that whatever damage occurred in the Ukraine, might have been further injured during the sledding with the young asylum seekers. When you sled that close to the ground, even the smallest bump can have major impact on the body.
