Henrik is the cutest danish royal baby ever - Nico and Felix were cute as well, but Henrik is a league of his own - Izzy wasn't cute at all, and Christian ... depended on the angle, he was kinda weird.

I totally agree with you, from the 5 grandchildren now, I think he is the most handsome baby of all of them. Hope he keeps his looks growing up.

The child is exquisite. It is fascinating how the old "brown eyes are dominant" theory is kicked right into touch by dad's blue eyed genes. Though with Alex, her mum seems to have blue eyes so maybe she had a recessive blue gene from her which met jokkes blue genes, as it were! Do either of Marie's folks have blue eyes?

If two brown eyed parents carry the blue eyed gene, the childrne can likely end up with blue eyes. The same thing happened to my cousins. The parents both have brown eyes, and the children both have blue eyes. Strange how all that works...
And petit Henri is simply an angel. He is beyond gorgeous. He will grow up to be good looking in that classic, heartbreaking way. But does anyone know what is wrong with his ear?

Its one of those skin spots that are often called "strawberries". Its a sort of birth mark and it will fade as he ages. It can also be removed by surgery, but its completely harmless. Theyre fairly common.

I find little Henrik sweet too, but IMO the cutest baby in DRF was Felix. He had such blue eyes (which he stll has of course) and his baby fat made him even cuter in my eyes! Isabella is a pretty little girl too.

Henrik is an adorable baby and from the pictures we've seen he seems very happy and contented.

That boy is so gorgeous! Funny that he doesn't seem to have inherited Marie's looks - his skin tone, color of eyes, etc all seem to be from Joachim! It really amazes me how strong the blue eye genes are in that family (especially since blue eyes are a recessive gene). Both Joachim and Fred married brown-eyed women and all their kids have blue eyes! Does anyone know what color eyes Marie's mother and Mary's parents have?
Compared this to Norway where a blue-eyed Mette and a brown-eyed Haakon (who has a blue-eye recessive gene from his father King Harald) still produced a brown-eyed child in Ingrid Alexandra.
