Hey Lynda, that sounds like a good plan of action if Daniel is too sick to get married in June. Although logistically, they are spending a lot more money on the June wedding since Vic is heir to the throne. If they had to swap weddings, then Madelaine will actually get the bigger wedding.

They have to have thought of a Plan B.................and hope & pray for the best..............what a headache for everyone
Perhaps that is why after Victoria's engagement, Maddie got engagement rapidly...............

Whatever happened to Emma (Carl-Philip's long time girlfriend (x)........she seems to be completely off the radar (though she was excellent friends with both Maddie & Victoria)

Madeleine and Jonas as stand-in for V&D...never ever. The question on the suitability of the crown princessly couple would be so obvious with an possible alternative standing at the altar.
BTW just past weekend it got reported, that M&J undergo a crisis and that they have postponed their wedding.
Of course court witch nummero uno was denying, but was self saying, that we shouldn´t count on a wedding before winter/spring 2011. (while SDT and other mags were putting it, as if November 2010 would be a given thing)

Daniel ill on June 19...surely an frightening scenario, but as I´ve explained earlier...unlikely.

Emma got replaced by the snake girl. And Emma strikes me as someone, who knew how to gain by the contacts through princelet without selling her soul and independent future in the end...

Madelaine has postponed her wedding? Is that an official source or just mere speculation? In any case, Carl Philip is next in line to the throne if Victoria doesn't have any heirs so I don't see Madelaine on the throne. Let's just hope Carl Philip picks a suitable princess to be. Emma seemed nice but very average looking and besides, that relationship seems to have run his course. The new trashy girlfriend will never get royal approval - and looks like a fling in any case.

Well, it´s more or less official, that it won´t take place in November or December. M&J or the court had never given a specific date. It was just always said, that they would marry after V&D.

The press had seen many hints, that it would take place after the elections (taking place in early autumn), but in 2010...that´s obviously not the case.

Personally I find the whole move strange...engaged since June 2009, but no wedding until spring 2011...nearly 2 years.

IMO it would have been much wiser to announce the engagement now...so V&D would have had some "air"...but I guess it´s one of these "Big sister has an engagement, lilla Madeleine also wants an engagement"

From what I understand, Madelaine was actually engaged before Victoria - Jonas popped the question on a summer trip and she accepted. However, they did not "announce" their engagement officially until after Victoria's official announcement.

In any case, I think Madelaine can do better. Too bad there are no more eligible princes left in Europe in Madelaine's age range. Remember Anne Marie of Denmark? She was the prettiest sister and ended up being a Queen (now ex-Queen). Too bad Haakon and Madelaine didn't fall in love. Can you imagine - Queen Victoria of Sweden and her sister Queen Madelaine of Norway? Many royals even wanted to see William of Wales and Madelaine together but don't think that's going to happen.

I'm a bit surprised that William went for a brunette. Don't they say that men often marry women that look like their mothers - and William was very very close to Diana. I would have expected him to be attracted to blondes, like Harry is.

Jonas comes across as a bit of a male golddigger and a social climber. I wonder if Madeline's and Jonas marriage will last.  

As for Vicki and Daniel, that seems like true love. I think that marriage will last as long as Daniel's kidneys. However, I don't know what, Vicki sees in Daniel. Daniel looks like a meat head and a male bimbo. Is it true that he never finished high school?

No, he did...and even more. I mean high school is something, you complete at 18, but nearly everyone is completing it.
In Europe ways usually separate at 16...those, who wanna go to university go further to school and try to get the certificate for university (which is called "Examen" in Sweden) and the others go for apprenticeship.

Oh, oh, oh.
There is trouble in paradise.
Madeleine and her Jonas Bergström have had a big crisis after the engagement.
Princess has even talked about postponing the wedding.

Everything is not always as it seems. Sometimes you can even find troubles in the finest salons (upper class)
Now I hear from my spies at the castle that not everything is rosy between lil princess Madeleine and Jonas Bergström.
I'll quickly draw what happened: In spring Jonas and Madeleine had been a couple for over seven years. Their relationship was to say the least at idle. It was really bad.
After Jonas Bergstrom had been in Åre in April with a group of friends, Lillsessan got really mad. She did not think he went for their relationship.
Jonas Bergström is an young and intelligent man and saw that their relationship was about to quit - he realized there was only one way out: All or nothing.
During a previously planned summer vacation in Capri as Jonas went down on his knees and proposed. Madeleine had no idea and spontaneously responded "yes" - even though their relationship was anything but good.
In autumn, the crisis deepened and one row followed the other. Shortly before Christmas, it was at its worst.
Now, Madeleine and Jonas Bergström - once and for all - addressed their concerns.
They have been on holiday in the sun and tried to sort out their problems.
Their friends now hope that it will be a wedding this year and not only in 2011 as Madeleine has threatened.

Besides a rumour is saying, that Jonas was cheating on Madeleine before Christmas. Maybe he wants both...kind of like Athina Onassis´father
