I was hoping for so much more  the traditional style is too old fashioned the modern style is just a slap in the face to anyone with good taste It's just so plain yet ugly  nothing regal, elegant, chic what ever happed to the chic Scandinavian design? I was looking for "wow" and all I see is "yuck" I have a feeling that who ever created the concept had a complete freedom cause these two are clueless and he just sold It to them by what? the word "modern" and they can't even understand how meh It is |

OMFingGI think they ruined parts of the palace. I totally agree with you. WTF was she thinking.....well, dumb question....she wasn't. Now we know that she does not know the Danish people, their culture and arts, never mind their history. I dread the day she'll become Qu.....aaagggghhh - I cannot even say it out loud

What on earth?! Surely the Palace has some sort of protection as a heritage site and has to be subject to strict guidelines regarding decoration?!
I honestly cannot believe what I am seeing. Some of the art, if you can call it that, is absolutely awful and a complete eyesore. Is the artwork permanent?

That is exactly what I said when I looked at these pics for the first time. Maybe they decided to give Freddles something to stare at when/if he takes hallucinogens? Typical nouveau riche tacky taste. The only nice thing I can say about it is that the wooden floors are pretty. |
