You have the right person, however, you do not have a lot of photographs. The problem is not one of eye sight or age. It is one of information and lighting. You are basing your opinion one what little information you can obtain from google. I don't consider her hair blonde in that picture from her old hi5 account. There are several other pictures of her available via google.
Claire is an elegant woman of some wealth. The "top left" of her hair is the same color as the rest of it. It is just the flash catching the shine of her hair. It is the same as the lighter/glossy looking parts of the brown hair of Tessy and Pia in the pictures you posted. She is often in the pages of society magazines with an open mouthed smile and her dark hair shining.
Claire does not have blonde hair...not even dark blonde hair...not even a little bit. Her hair is actually the same color as that of Felix. Perhaps you consider that blonde. Look at her overall hair color not just the shining flashed out bits.

this is so hard... can't decide who's better looking, felix or guillaume! they're both good looking and have very nice features but it's a bit of a shame that the striking blue eyes of the earlier bourbon-parma princes (inherited from the habsburg-lorraine line) have disappeared way before this generation!

Prince Felix IS very handsome.
I haven't heard a lot about him, which is a good thing.
I imagine many young girls think he's ultra fab.
I like his whole family.
I especially admired his younger brother Louis when he married and committed to his little family at such a young age. Any child of Henri and Maria Teresa would have to have some nice principles.
