There is nothing flattering about that get-up, short skirt or no short skirt. The top overwhelms the skirt, and the skirt - I don't quite see the point of that skirt. Maybe it would work with a top that matched it better.
Sometimes she misses the mark very, very badly. I want to be her friend and tell her, "Please, Mathilde, stop wearing stockings with open toed shoes. Let's start there."

They wear stuff the same crap designer. And the pink too-tight Barbie top is looking a lot like Natan.  At least we can say itīs belgian, what we canīt not say about Max wearing him... |

I've always like Mathilde - but this is just an awful, awful outfit! And it's not because of the slit, either. The color and style of the top just doesn't suit her. She should have worn a top that would show the top of the skirt 'cause I think there's a knot on the side of that skirt.
