I don't think it has to do with guilt or tryng to make up for anything. If I was secure in my marriage and I genuinely like my husband's ex, why not? Besides, Felipe and Isabel's relationship was over 20 years ago, it's not like she was the last girlfriend before Leti (like Eva). I don't see the problem.

Isabel is supposed to have said the following at Pablo of Hohenlohe's wedding party a few years ago: "I'm the only one at this table who's slept with the p---ce". I wonder how much Letizia likes her husband's ex boasting about her sexual past with him.

I found this article and Swedish gossip magazine Svensk Damtidning today. http://svenskdam.se/2010/...med-kronprins-felipes-ex/

Basically it says that F&L are having problems in their marriage and that they only smile for the cameras. It says that therefore (I don't really understand why they come to that conclusion...) Letizia is bonding with Isabel Sartorius. Finally the article says that people are saying that Felipe is the father of Isabels daughter.
