It also says that Claus is (was) W-A's stepfather - is this actually the case? Either that, or the article is not very accurate.

We of course have fabulous experts on all things Orange, but I guess I can help here too: Claus is as much WA's father as the QueenBee is his mother, meaning, that I cannot believe any of the funny allegations that perhaps one of the famous Leakey sons had a hot affair with Bee and produced Wimlex. A single look at the engagement video tells you how giddy with love and delight the Bee was and that makes it hard to believe that she cheated on Claus on her honeymoon... As to Victoria? Nah wrong scandi-princess... I believe there had been a little techtelmechtel and a lot of royal "yes please" with the one that speaks with angels.. I can't imagine that NL or Sweden had promoted a relationship, let alone a marriage between their heirs. But ML would have fit in nicely until she started to behave very strangely even for dutch standards. (that affair back in the late 80s where ML was named as the other woman in a divorce war was quite ouch...)

Does Wax look like Claus at all ? He seems 100% Bee's son.

Yes, WA looks very much like the QueenBee and seems to resemble her in personality. His younger brother Con however looks like a carbon copy of Dad and with his very conservative and serious look he seems to have inherited his father's quiet and depressed mood ( plus he shares his father's penchant for extravagant females) The middle brother seems to be a mixture of both parents, that unfortunately wasn't very successful in looks and personality.

Can that really be true that Bea restricted what max's friends wore and would not let W and M have pre-marital sex?

On 1: well turn it around and give it a different spin: knowing that it was a very high profile wedding the superrich family of the groom offered to pay for some of the only once to be worn wardrobe of some of the friends of the bride. Advantage: you won't have close friends of the bride turning up in "Mom sewed my dress" (MM!) or Filene's basement. As to embarrassing wardrobes, well it was pre-Mary and post-Stephanie
About 2: Restriction on pre-marital sex? Come on.... Maxima doesn't look like a nun and Wimlex hit on everything and kitchen sinks....Can't imagine he had never been lucky...

Love, love, love your humor fairy and a for your top reporting!! Yeah, I don't buy the "didn't have sex" bit, he'd be tooooo anxious for her, and no way would Max not be able to seal the deal without coming through. I've only read a little bit about Martha Louise's activities but I did see that mentioned once about being involved with a married man. Also that she was known as somewhat of a hot number within royal circles but the article didn't name any names. Hmmm...maybe that's why Mum and Dad bended a little bit on their initial reservations regarding Mette-Marit; little sister was adventurous herself!

Didn't some publication say Daisy tried to line up a few German aristocrats for Fred in an attempt to stop him from dating Mary?
Me thinks there is a lot of imagination involved in these articles.

Seems to happen a lot within royal circles...apparently the Queen mother and King George of Britain had various Dukes lined up for Elizabeth so she wouldn't marry Philip.

She was at that chest rubbing party at the Slipp it Inn on that infamous night in Syndey I can't imagine WA and Crazy ass ML together. They're way too different but it does make sense (age wise) that they would have been considered good mates for each other-by their parents. And he seems too old for Vikkan. I also can't see the Bee getting stuffy about premarital sex. I could see Queen Sofia acting that way though. Bee doesn't seem as old school as some of the other queens.
