Thanks, PeDe.

Some times I like her hair, some times I don't. It all depends on the angle of the photograph. Her dress is good, and as usual, she looks interested and committed. It's such a pity her marriage didn't work, she was a very good representative for Denmark.

I guess GLand is not posh enough for Martin to tag along as Countess-consort.

I always admired Princess Alexandra for all her hard work and commitments.  To me she was the most elegant and glamorous modern royal after Princess Grace. Her and PJ divorce came as a complete surprise and shock to me (I did not follow any royal gossips at the time). I am still very sorry her royal marriage had ended up and with that, her image had changed and style as I liked it was gone... I do respect Countess Alexandra though...

It's fantastik she went to Greenland Champagne
Didn't she just give a big interview while in Gland? She was responding to the critique that she doesn't work or something.
Has anyone here seen/read the interview?

Thanks PeDe for the pics! Star  I don't care for her hair in these pics.  I think a longer style would look better on her. (just slightly longer-not past her chin).  It's interesting that she's traveling for work.  Does anyone know if she has had any other trips like this (for a patronage) since she became countess?  I'm actually glad to see that her boytoy didn't go with her.  This keeps it more legit IMO.

I think she's travelled with the Danish choir that she's also a patron of.

I reckon Alex is part of the effort to fill the Mary void - in preparation for Mary's demise. Mary announcing that she is expecting twins will have thrown a spanner in those works!

I think she looks terrific, don't mind the hair and I love the way she is hugging that girl in the one pic, making her smile. Oh, I could just blow raspberries on the chubby cheeks of those adorable kids  Blush

And what a fabulous cause. I can't imagine Mary for one second being able to handle something like this on her own. Remember last time she was in Greenland, all she could focus on - and ask Marge about - was which hat to wear  Crazy

Thanks for the photos!

Alex looks great IMO and it's really good to see her in Greenland mingling easily with the people.
