I think I'll need a stiff drink.

It could also be an R instead of a K. I put the LE T that was visible in another photo together with RISES and then it hit me: LE TEMPS DES CERISES!

Bravo and a Star to you!  I still don't like clothing with writing.

Let's leave the last word with Nana Mouskouri (gold star  Star to anyone who gets the reference)....

The only thing I can think of is that she's Greek (I think) where they overthrew their [Danish] fat cats.

The good thing about the is that they know how to behave in presence of the press  Thumb up

Other than Christian. He looks dirty and unwashed in the photos.

Frankly, if Mary and Fred want to behave like grunge hippies they should give up their pretensions to being royal.

I don't think that theres anything wrong wearing a belt with lettering to a private party for an 11 year old kid. To an official function, or when she was going to be out on the town with friends etc. then I'm right there with you but it doesn't bother me for this kind of thing.

As much as I'm not a fan of certain individuals ability to spot a camera at 100 paces I think that on the whole the relationship between the photographers and the DRF seems to be very healthy. Smiles and waves on the way in and way out and left the hell alone other than that. Sad to say but in the UK there'd be a real chance of some pap climbing into next doors garden (or paying them!) and taking pics in the window of the kids playing etc. In this instance I don't mind the smiles for the camera - it seems a good pay off for privacy for the kids.

Thanks for the photos!

It's nice to see Fred being attentive to Izzy in these photos. However, sometimes I get the impression that Fred is more in love with the idea of being a hands-on Dad than actually being one. There are some royal fathers who seem to be genuinely interested in their children (IMO) and I just don't get that vibe off Fred.

Although he has improved recently there have been lots of instances in the past coupled with his numerous sailing "duties" which make me think he's not that interested in being a parent either.

Oh Most Exalted Member, that is a brilliant observation  Star I tend to agree, unfortunately for the little ones  Crap
Aw, thank you sweetpea  Hug
