You are ALL so funny and aren't all of our cheeks hurting because our tongues were stuck in them??? Oh it's fun to "make fun", isn't it??? Here's this stupid, shallow twit living her life, getting away with practically murder, and she makes out materially like a frickin' bandit!!! And all we can do is watch from afar, envy her some of her riches, and trash talk her till the sun comes up!! Ahhh, it's a great world.

I have to admit that I've never given CP Mary much attention before, but after reading the posts here I am intrigued. It's time for me to give her forum the attention it deserves. Thank you Jonathan for starting this thread.

Zinzen, I have just looked at your avatar, and I just love it. Is it how CP Mary looked in her prior life or it is what she will be changed into in future life? Has anyone admired the way Mary conducts herself in her daily life. We all can see the success of her working life.
She is able to show other princesses how to conduct themselves in private when the press and other vermin are out to get their cheap pictures.
There must be many ladies of birth who find her a pefect model on how to live in public and private. With the grace she brings to modern Europe as a Crown Princess she is surely an inspiration to many.
So she proves that Cinderella can come from the ashes and bring something of quality to her people.
So true Jonathan. Mary is totally selfless. Always helping others, with never a thought to herself. Living in the lap of luxury is the price she must pay to do this, unfortunately. She'd move the poor into one of her many palace bathrooms if she could. She only dresses in expensive designer clothes and jewels because it's expected. She hates it. If she had her way, it would be sackcloth and ashes. This is why she needs a personal fashion advisor, personal make-up artist, and personal hairdresser. She also hates the many holidays she's forced to take, but once again, she's selfless, and goes along because she must - even flying economy where necessary. The press? She tolerates them by always smiling and waving to them, and giving them the best possible shots. She hates being photographed, and can spot a camera a mile away. Once she sees one, she hones in on it to the detriment of everything and everyone else around her, and smiles and waves until it 's gone. This takes nerves of steel, but she's up to the task. I could go on and on. Yes, Mary is the Mother Theresa of Princesses... LOL. Saint Mary of Denmark...I think she already had beatification at The Royal Freaks board.

No, people are not taken this seriously. Get out all you vinegar trolls. And let us have a quiet and friendly conversation on Mary and how she has modernized not only the danish monarchy but also the expression: princess. Now personally I don't like the concept of monarchies much. But the currant crown princes have all chosen modern young women and thus brought new blood and ideas into the old concepts. And from all the crown princesses, Mary is indeed the best educated and suitable. Apart from her natural beauty and grace, her social skills are impeccable, her ability to form networks and encourage people to make the world a better place, her enthusiasm at working with people, her "can do" attitude make her such an enjoyable and inspirational person. And it is not ony people from Denmark seeking her help and support: Australia wouldn't know what to do without her. Britain has been so in awe that they were trying to have QEII adopt Fred in order to make Mary british again. The currant PotUS has borrowed Mary's "Yes we can" slogan for his compaign. And by the sheer warmth and radiance of her Royal Highness Greenland's glaciers are melting and nature aspires to become green and fertile again...sigh. And last but not least: the princess sorority, such a sweet friendship between all of them with Mary in the middle, you know calling them on regards of problems and difficulties they might experience. How do you think Maxima had ever gotten over the fact that her father is not welcome in NL? Now with Mary's guidance, he is invited almost everywhere. Same in Norway: Mary helped boost MM's lacking self- confidence, it is so beautiful to see her shine now...And yes it was Mary that brought Dandan and Vickan together. She is an absolute angel... Oh, btw des anybody know where she got that outfit from the Ciff (spe?) the cutting edge navy pants and the vavavvom lace top? She looked fab....

Oh, Jonathan. I knew your thread was in for it from the word go. I know your heart was in the right place, but darl, did you really think this thread would get anything but sheer mockery of Mary? Surely by now you know how most of us think, what our opinions are about Mares. When I read your opening post, I nearly wondered (rather, hoped!) if you'd turned to the "dark side". then I thought that perhaps you were giving us a generous opportunity to just run her into the ground, because Mary does what she does, and we do what we do, and never the twain shall meet. But, alas, my hopes were dashed and I saw that you really did hope for serious discussion about what you feel are Mary's fine attributes and how we all finally agree that she is indeed an inspiration to the other Princesses. I am sorry for your disappointment because I know how fond of her you are, but when it comes to Mary, I personally think of her more along the lines of perspiration, rather than inspiration. I don't think I'm alone here. Chin up though. We think lots of you!

She's not only an inspiration to other princess, but she inspires ordinary housewives and plain Janes around the world. You shoulkd see the plain Janes that came out to meet her behind the many barricades during her last trip to Sydney. On each of her trip to the United States, they had to beat the crowds away with sticks (that's why you didn't see them).

Oh Jonathan Mary is truely a inspiration not just to the other Princesses but to us all. If you have read all my posts i clearly believe Mary to be Europe first green Princess, a title with i'm sure she would much love to have. Her motto well its Reduce , reuse and recycle , some thing we should all aim for. The way she show's her children it's not what you wear, but how you are as a person that counts, the way she dresses her children to show empathy with those less fortunate than them selves, the way in which she shows us how to get over the death of a loved one by getting rid of personal stuff . The way she looks on the bright side of life by her self belief that some one will alway come along to pay the bills. The way she has put Fred first and built him up to the man he is now, her total immersion in her new Danish life that she finds it hard to find the corrrect words in English. Her total dedication to her causes esp the danish fashion. One more thing must change the italics on this post..
