I hope traffic to her blog doesn't go through the roof because of me! It just has to be seen/read to be believed its so awful and tacky. There are also some very tacky bits and pieces on her facebook wall that she has open to the public too. At one point she lost her mobile phone and was threatening a breakdown. I suspect all her texts to and from Mary were stored in there. "TWINS?! OMG! R u still coming to my party?"
I also feel a little sorry for her Boof (and agree totally with your comments about women. My husband spends half the time thinking I am a total bitch because of my observations then they turn out to be accurate).
Can someone please confirm when she and mary became friends, how they met and what she did for a living before she was Mary's bridesmaid? This will be telling. It seems to me that all this fame whoreing and d-listing occured only after the wedding.
I can't imagine having this sort of over the top 40th and justify it simply because I didn't have a wedding etc
Supposedly they met and became BFF's when working together at some marketing firm(?) in Melbourne(?). My memory is fuzzy on that. I don't tend to brush up on the Marymentary because it causes me to spontaneously fit (but I'm not epileptic.) I think they glommed onto each other, 2 misfits who didn't really fit in anywhere else, and took solace in each others company. Then one manages to weasle her way into a group and chest rubs a prince; the other goes on to Y-list "stardom" (Y, as in, why??).
It's not unlike a bad John Waters movie.
Yeah my "feel a little sorry for her" is really more along the lines of "I feel embarassed for her". Like, I cringe when I read or hear most stuff she says, because she's such a twit. We all call Mary a bogan and ordinary, but really, Amber is the more bogan of the 2, much more ordinary than Mary (IMO). I don't know why the first time I thought she sounded genuine and not name-droppy. Thinking back, I believe I was nursing a bottle of Bella after a rough day at work. So.....mught have been Al Kee Hol speaking via my mouth/fingers.

Juuuuust enough to keep it going. To men, I'm sure she seems totally inncoent and, but we women know the deal; we play the same games, even if some of us don't admit it. (BTW, your husband and my husband should get together and go bowling ro something. They'd have much to discuss, me thinks! lol)
The reason you'd not have a bash of this magnitude due to lack of having had a wedding, is because you're not an aging, talentless climber with no credibility and a lot of desperation.
Does she really think the radio shows called her in to interview her because
she's a
celebrity? Please. They only wanted to get some inside info on Mary, who's not exactly flavour of the month Down Under herself these days. What can I say--it must have been a slow week for interesting news? I guess they wre tired of reporting baout the election. Had Mary not been at that party, Amber would never have been on that radio show. I believe she knows that, no matter what she says. She's not fooling anyone, least of all herself.
