No . Is not like RD. There is more hate that I saw my entire life.
You can say that a lot of members have a great enemy in Letizia and their life depends of slandered this woman (with her good and bad things).
But is not the humour and fun we have here in RD. Much more hate in their comments.
This is my opinion of course.
But this forum Cottileando has nothing to do with the book about Letizia . They just enjoy to see Letizia dragged in the mud and if I understand well (our Spanish members can tell us more) a lot of charges on this book come from this forum (rumors and inventions).

I don't think other princesses have that many true fans there maybe except for Maxima (since she is from Argentina). Some posters there simply tried to slam Leti more by building up/praising the other women, very similar to when Jaime Penafiel calling Mary 'a prestigious lawyer from Sydney' LOL   .
The forum is the source of the many rumors of the book since the publisher already admitted that they were publishing rumors from the internet.

Again, this is very common. I know many folks who aren't regular church-goers, but who married in church and/or baptized their children. Many people seem to recognize that these life events are unique and should somehow be sanctified. MM is no different than many.

Do you mean 'confirmation' ? It depends on the generations. It's not uncommon for people of Leti's generation to have confirmation right before the church wedding. My friend isn't religious, she still did the church wedding out of the family obligation. On Leti's case, I heard her parents were against the marriage, especially her father, that could also be one of the reasons they had a simple civil ceremony besides being not religious.

Who is she ?

No, Letizia had a real career among her generation of journalists in Spain. I'm not comparing her to the most famous ones since they are usually older in their 40s or 50s. Any young journalist who was named AP's best journalist under 30 (Letizia in 2000), hosting news programs,  getting the oversea assignments like she got,  can be said on the top of her profession among her age group.  The TV journalism is very competitive, you need to stand out among hundreds in order to get a job in CNN to host a news program.

On the other hand, Mary was hopping jobs from company to comapy as an account manager (a college graduate can be an account manager), she was a normal office girl with a grey job, that's about it.
I doubt the source of Trine's book was from RD. I have never heard lots of things said in Trine's book. She was very anti-Alex, RD is not.

The agenda driven raw hatred and demagoguery is really something in Cotilleando. A simple example - Many years ago when Leti was on maternity leave after Sofia's birth, some tragedy had occurred. As soon as the disaster was announced and a mention was made that a government rep would be consoling the families of victims, a hue and cry was made on that forum. Leti was torn apart for being lazy, a parasite, a prostitute busy spreading her legs yet not having time for the tragedy. In a couple of hours proper news reports started appearing that stated that the Prince and Princess had accompanied the gov rep. Immediately that thread was deleted and a new thread appeared, castigating Leti for taking advantage of the tragedy to gain sympathy from people. She was disgusting and made people vomit. No mention was ever made of the previous thread or the sentiments expressed in that thread. It is as if it never existed.

I was shocked! At that time I was new and innocent to the ways of forums and really took the attacks launched at Cotilleando seriously. I thought if you only Leti did what they said, she would not get attacked. This incident got rid of my naivete and showed me what the forum was actually for.

I do not have an issue with people disliking Letizia. But the attacks on her and her sisters are meant to strip humanity out of them. What has Telma not been called on that forum?
